Fall buyers are more likely to feel the love if you play up some coziness. If you have a fireplace, now is the perfect time to give it a good cleaning and turn it on. Another tip is to add cozy blankets and even a few seasonal decorations. This doesn’t mean you need to go overboard with holiday-specific decor, remember the buyers have to be able to imagine themselves here all year round.
